APPOINTMENT POLICY
We understand that plans can change. When you schedule an appointment with us, that time is reserved especially for you.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a: $100 FEE.
The fee will be charged to the payment method on file and must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
REPEATED LATE CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS
After repeated late cancellations or missed appointments, a: $150 BOOKING FEE will be required to reserve future appointments.
The $150 booking fee will be applied toward your treatment when you attend your appointment.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
With less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show, the $150 booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment.
